We have spent the last year refitting our Islander 30 for long-term cruising, now have to move elsewhere and need to sell the boat. "Waikula" is in great shape, we have (all brand new) hot water, air conditioning, Force-10 oven/3-burner range/broiler, 3 solar panels, head, 2 anchors w/ line & chain, more extras than we have room here to write. The bottom and hull were painted 18 months ago, and topsides this month (all new Awl-Grip). The engine is completely rebuilt (new rings/bearings/everything) this month, sails and canvas in excellent shape. Her sister ship is currently sailing off Thailand, and this cruising sailboat is ready to go. Perfect liveaboard or cruiser.
